Through on-site observation and in-depth discussions, teachers and students experienced the enterprise's intelligent development strength in an immersive way, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precise university-enterprise cooperation and targeted talent cultivation.
As a national-level specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative "little giant" enterprise, Xiongwei has been deeply engaged in the field of auto parts and precision manufacturing for many years, establishing a benchmark in the industry with its leading intelligent production capacity and strict quality control system. During the event, professional commentators from the enterprise led the teachers and students to visit the precision processing workshop, automated assembly production line, and digital testing center in turn, presenting a panoramic view of the full-process intelligent management model from precise processing of raw materials to strict testing of finished products. In the workshop, high-precision CNC machine tools and industrial robots worked collaboratively, and flexible production lines and AI quality inspection systems operated efficiently. The micron-level processing precision and full-process digital management allowed the teachers and students present to intuitively feel the unique charm of intelligent manufacturing.
"The precision of the intelligent equipment and the level of automated production here are more shocking than the theoretical descriptions in textbooks, and they have given me a clearer understanding of my future career direction," said Li, a mechanical engineering student from Anhui Science and Technology University, after the visit. The leading teacher from Yangzhou Polytechnic University also said that the cutting-edge production technology and management model demonstrated by Xiongwei provide vivid practical cases for the curriculum reform of majors such as mechanical manufacturing and automation in colleges and universities, helping to promote the precise alignment of teaching content with industry needs.
During the discussion session, the relevant person in charge of Xiongwei gave a detailed introduction to the enterprise's development history, core technical advantages, market layout, and talent strategic planning.
